Who am I?
My name is Austin, a CS undergraduate with a keen interest in the Tech sector. My fascination with ServiceNow began when I noticed its widespread use in companies for support, implementations, and ticketing systems. Motivated to be a part of this dynamic field, I embarked on a journey to master ServiceNow, starting with StatCheck IT's StatLab program.
Difficulties
With a foundation in Computer Science and experience from software engineering internships, I was familiar with many concepts. However, delving into ServiceNow required understanding its unique aspects. The plethora of pathways and options within ServiceNow initially seemed daunting. Fortunately, expert guidance provided a solid base for my career development. I began with the Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, a comprehensive introduction to the platform. This certification, coupled with weeks of dedicated study and practice on my personal instance, led to a significant realization: ServiceNow's vast potential.
Future Goals
As I look ahead, my goal is to become a proficient ServiceNow Developer. My background in coding and scripting, combined with my academic and professional experiences, forms a strong foundation for this pursuit. I am committed to continuous learning and striving for excellence in the ServiceNow domain.
